Shipping Terms and Conditions

We love shipping our books from beautiful Hilo, Hawaii to all over the USA! But shipping from Hawaii is far from an exact science.

The default shipping rate on the website is set for a medium Flat Rate box, which is our most common shipping option. Upon packing up your order, if the shipping differs significantly in either direction, your order will be adjusted accordingly.

As most of our products are heavy or bulky, we've estimated the cost of shipping for an average order from Hawaii. We most commonly ship flat rate, with a few exceptions. If flat rate is not the best option for your shipment, we will pack it up and choose a more appropriate shipping method based on dimensions and weight.

If the price is less than you were charged you will be refunded the difference.

If the price is greater than you were charged you will be informed and requested to update your authorization before we complete the transaction and ship.

International shipping orders: we are unfortunately not equipped to do international orders right now.

Thank you for understanding the complexity of the situation!
